    Let it Out

That overwhelming feeling of sadness can be crippling when a person holds it in long enough. Without the right kind of outlet, that sadness will build and build until you feel like you might explode. Crying may be viewed as weakness, but in reality, it is one of the best things you can do for yourself. It’s impossible to hold everything in all of the time. If your emotions aren’t controlled and you keep everything bottled up, it’s bound to spill out into your everyday life.
