Brent Lyles, LMHC

Brent Lyles, LMHC, is a clinical psychotherapist at Clarity Health Solutions in Jupiter, Florida. He's also certified in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

Brent earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Science in mental health counseling. 

At Clarity Health Solutions, Brent specializes in trauma-based therapies. He is an experiential therapist, a student of lived experiences, and a full-time geek. He has a passion for experiential therapies, trauma-based techniques, and using his foundation in dialectal behavioral therapy to assist his clients and patients with acceptance and change. 

Brent uses an unorthodox style of merging different techniques and acquiring continued education with a passion for learning. He uses interactive psycho-education, trauma-informed exposure, and a processing approach.

Brent is currently accepting both new and existing patients at Clarity Health Solutions out of the Jupiter, Florida office.
