What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that allows an extraordinary quality of mental, physical, and emotional relaxation. It generates an emotionalized desire to satisfy the suggested behaviors by the Hypnotherapist, except those that generate conflict with the individual's values.

Hypnosis is self-regulating as the trance produces normalization of the nervous system.

Through Hypnotherapy, we create this state of awareness allowing the individual to focus their attention internally and eliminate external distractions.

How does Hypnosis work?

Hypnosis is the direct pathway to the subconscious mind and it is known as the healing state. By inducing this trance state our mind releases blocks and obstacles and we instill positive programming to replace any negative ones being released.

What happens when you are hypnotized?

Your conscious mind, which is the logical and analytical part, is quieted. You are able to tap into your subconscious mind, which is 95% of our mind, where our emotions, thoughts, beliefs, perceptions, and behaviors originate from.

How long are Hypnosis sessions?

Sessions can vary from 30-60 minutes depending on the specific goal and the techniques utilized for it.

How does it feel to be hypnotized?

It is often referred to as being in a calm, physically, and mentally relaxed state. It feels similar to when you are drifting to sleep or when you are waking up.
