Why Group Therapy Works
Group therapy uses the healing power of connection. Sharing experiences helps reduce isolation, encourages empathy, and validates your feelings. For many, it builds social skills and confidence. Whether you're processing stress, loss, or life’s transitions, being part of a supportive group—guided by professionals—can accelerate growth and healing.
Group Therapy vs Indiviual Therapy
Both group therapy and individual therapy are highly effective, but they serve different purposes. Individual therapy provides one-on-one attention and deep personal exploration, while group therapy creates a community of peers who share similar struggles and goals. Many people choose to combine both approaches—using individual therapy for personal growth while attending group therapy for shared connection and accountability. This combined approach often leads to faster progress and greater long-term success.
What to Expect at Your First Group Session

Typical sessions include a brief check-in, a guided discussion or activity, and a closing. Groups meet weekly and cost $50, offering consistent support and growth over time.
