Grief Counseling

Grieving is a complicated process with overwhelming emotions. We understand the impact grief has and the importance of finding a way to continue to live, even after a loss. Our approach to grief counseling is to validate, educate and support those who are struggling after a loss.

  • Loneliness is often part of grief, we are here to support you through the process.

  • Guilt is a normal part of the grieving process, but we need to heal this feeling.

  • Crying is welcomed, it’s a healthy coping skills for emotional angst.
