You're Not the Only One

Women’s only group is for people with anxiety and mood problems. This group offers tools, insight and feedback, all while in a supportive atmosphere. It provides information you need to better understand yourself and others. If you are feeling isolated or like no one understands, join this group. It will help you feel stronger and supported by women who have been there. This group uses laughter as a coping skill, it’s worth a try!

Every Tuesday 5:30pm – 6:30pm $40/weekly

Retirement isn’t as Easy as it Looks

This group is for retirees 50+ years young (…we are in South Florida). It provides a fun and healthy environment to connect with other people and to get support with the difficulties surrounding later life. Many mature adults don’t get the support they need and there’s a wonderful benefit to connecting with other people who understand the challenges you face. This group loves stimulating conversation and contemplating important topics. New members are always welcomed with warmth.

Every Thursday 1:00pm – 2:15pm $40/weekly

MEN’S Group

We are thrilled when we see men come to group. It takes bravery and determination to want to change a perspective. This group is for men to discuss the stress related to pressures they face. You will have a chance to process your thoughts, while learning the psychology behind your thoughts and behaviors.

Every Thursday 5:30PM – 6:30PM $40/weekly

DBT Skills Workshop

This skills group is based off of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), it is a modality of therapy that provides scientifically supported skills for improving daily life.  It's a 'must-have' for those of us that didn't get these skills earlier in life.  It teaches, Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Acceptance and Mood Regulation to help you better navigate life's challenges and the people who add to these challenges.

  • Support groups are a great way to feel connected in a safe environment.

  • Group therapy merges education, support, connection & laughter to help each other.

  • It’s terrifying to enter your first group, but then the best feeling ever to be validated.
