Trauma can make the past feel constantly present, but healing begins when we reconnect with our innate capacity to recover and adapt. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in EMDR and Complex PTSD (CPTSD), Roque guides individuals through processing deep-seated trauma so they can live fully grounded in the present. Rooted in the philosophy that people are inherently resilient and future-oriented, Roque’s therapeutic style is compassionate, active, and hope-focused. He integrates EMDR with Parts Work, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients move beyond survival mode into sustainable growth and stronger family connections.

Roque has a Master of Science from Bellevue University and brings over a decade of clinical experience serving individuals and families across Palm Beach, Broward, and the Treasure Coast. Outside the clinic, he lives in Jupiter with his wife and four teenagers, spending his free time traveling, camping, biking, and exploring the outdoors.
